PANCardBank.com will only accept refunds if the service is not provided. A refund request must be placed same day of making payment. Only half amount of payment is refundable as half service is already rendered by providing form with instructions. Once PAN Card is applied with NSDL, cancellations are not allowed & non-refundable. If the application is still processing at our end and it is not submitted to NSDL, then we can refund half payment. If the application has been submitted to NSDL, then no refund will be paid as we have further submitted fee to NSDL. Refund will be processed within 2 working days.

To avoid refunds, users must go through all guides and our website privacy policy, terms and conditions, shipping and delivery policy and all other relavant pages. If you agree with our all instructions, only then you must apply for new pan card or pan card correction/changes. We do not compel or mislead any person to apply here.
